• Once your order has been shipped, you can find the tracking number and other details about the status of your order in the "Order Status" section of our website. You can track the progress of your order using your order number.

• We offer shipping cost per $15 for all of our products. If you order 3 or more items you can get free shipping.

• All items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by PayPal. Please make sure your address is correct. If the address is incorrect or you are not at home to receive the package several times and the package is returned to sender, we will resend the product, however this will incur a $15 surcharge to allow for extra shipping costs.

• All products from JordansClassic.com are shipped directly from our shipping centre using EMS/USPS Couriers.

• Shipping time takes approximately 7-10 days from the date we receive your order. • We are not responsible for any applicable customs charges, taxes and duties.

• Damaged or lost items will be dealt with through the Post Office. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the product, send us an email and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Once the item is received, we will refund your money. To account for labor costs, please be aware that all returns incur a $15 re-stocking fee.
